The Supervisory Board (SB) oversees the functioning of the Board of Directors (BoD) of rTMS International.
The SB carries out its supervisory duties with care, professionalism, and in accordance with the Healthcare Governance Code, the company’s articles of association, and internal regulations. Below, the key points of the vision are described:
