At rTMS International, we use ZIVVER to securely send your sensitive information. Since we regularly share confidential data via email, we ensure that all our email messages are sent through ZIVVER. This means that only you have access to the contents of the email. No one else can read it.

What will you notice about ZIVVER?

You’ll receive the same care you’re used to from us, but with the added assurance that your email messages can only be read by you. We don’t share sensitive information lightly. When you receive an email via ZIVVER, you’ll open a secure link sent by ZIVVER. There’s no need to create an account, and you won’t receive any unwanted advertisements.

How do you open a message sent via ZIVVER?

Have you received an email sent via ZIVVER? Click the blue link that says “Click to view message.” You’ll be automatically redirected to ZIVVER’s secure webpage. You may be asked to enter a password or SMS code (see below). This video shows how you open a message without a ZIVVER-account. 

Opening a message with a password

If the message is protected with a password, you will have received this password from us. Click on “View and reply to secure message” and enter the password. This will allow you to read the message.

Opening a message with an SMS code

If the message is protected with an SMS code, you will receive a code via text message. Enter this code after clicking on “View and reply to secure message” to access the message.

Replying to a message via ZIVVER

You can reply directly to a message sent via ZIVVER. This can be done within the secure webpage, where you can type your message and send it by clicking the send button. You’ll receive an email notification when someone responds to your message.
